HSP Community Care

Support circle for sensitive people seeking connection and sustainable ways to contribute to social and climate justice.

Being a sensitive person in today’s world can feel intense…

Our community is here to support you.

Healing and effective action happen in community.

As sensitive people, many of us feel the weight of relentless injustice, the climate crisis, and rising authoritarianism. It’s easy to feel powerless. At the same time, sensitive people hold the empathy, moral clarity, and resilience the world needs.

Collective challenges require collective care. Individual coping tools aren’t enough. We need each other.

This circle is a space to ground, connect with like-minded people, and explore what kind of role is sustainable for you. It’s a strong fit for sensitive people who:

  • Feel the heaviness of systemic injustice.
  • Seek community without pressure or performance.
  • Want to make space for joy, hope, and self-care.
  • Feel called to contribute in a role that feels sustainable.

We’ll meet you where you are—with care, authenticity, and respect for your capacity.

What to Expect

Our circles are rooted in mutual care and a commitment to collective liberation. Together, we learn and support each other while exploring how our strengths can serve healing and justice.

We begin each session with a grounding because sustainable engagement requires nervous system capacity, not just action.

Sessions are held via Zoom and typically include:

  • Shared agreements to create a respectful space
  • Grounding practice to settle and resource

  • Intro share (what’s giving us hope & what’s hard)

  • Facilitated discussion and mutual support

  • A closing reflection to help you integrate

A 3-month commitment is encouraged to build trust and meaningful connections within the group.

This is a co-created space—not a workshop, therapy group, or substitute for professional mental health care.

This circle is for justice-sensitive people seeking support and sustainable ways to engage with today’s challenges.

While U.S. issues come up, we focus on experiences, emotions, and strategies that transcend borders.

Here, you can:

  • Tune in and tend to your nervous system

  • Speak honestly about what you’re feeling

  • Reconnect with sources of hope and joy

  • Learn how others are navigating these times

  • Be witnessed and supported in community

  • Explore sustainable, individualized paths for action

Note: Due to the No Kings protests on March 28th, this month’s circle will be held on Sunday, March 29th.

$25.00/month

All subscriptions will be set to auto-renew.
You may cancel at any time before your renewal.

Please join us in creating an environment that respects and celebrates all genders, sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, abilities, ages, and other diverse identities.

Cancellation & Commitment

We strongly encourage a 3-month commitment to build safety, trust, and meaningful connections within the circle. This does not mean you must attend three consecutive sessions. It’s about showing up for the community over time, in whatever way you’re able. We know life happens, and your presence is valued whenever you can join.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Please note: no refunds or partial refunds are available for missed sessions.

Can I join if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes! People from many countries participate in our circles. While U.S. politics may come up, our discussion is focused on our experiences, challenges, and coping strategies.

The Sunday circle time often works well for participants in Europe, while the Wednesday circle may suit those in Australia, New Zealand, and some parts of Asia.

Is this group just for women?

No—the circle is open to all genders. While most participants tend to identify as female, anyone who resonates with the group’s focus on sensitivity, resilience, and collective care is welcome to join.

Are sessions recorded?

In order to maintain safety and confidentiality, we DO NOT record sessions. This is an interactive discussion space, not a class or workshop.

Do you offer financial assistance?

The monthly rate for each circle is intentionally set lower than many comparable offerings. We recognize that global currencies and individual financial situations vary, and we want these circles to remain accessible while also sustainable—reflecting our commitment to inclusion and equity. If the cost is out of reach, please reach out and we can find a rate that fits your budget!
